We used this property for a leadership goal-setting retreat, and it was perfect. The home is quiet, clean, beautifully designed, and had plenty of space for both focused work and group discussion. The environment made it easy to think clearly and stay productive, while still having great spots to relax and unwind. The setting itself added so much to the experience. Mornings were peaceful and energizing, and the evenings were ideal for unwinding after deep planning sessions. The layout of the home made it easy to run workshops, breakout discussions, and group meals without ever feeling cramped. Every detail, from the cleanliness to the amenities, was spot-on and clearly well cared for. The host was responsive, helpful, and made everything smooth from check-in to checkout. The whole stay felt seamless and well thought out. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely be back.

I had a great stay here for the weekend and week for work. Everything was exactly as pictured and perfectly clean. Todd was very communicative, which made check-in and out a breeze. I would recommend and I will definitely look to stay here again when I'm back in the area!

This is where you want to stay. It not only is visually beautiful, but also super clean so very generously stocked, they saved me many trips to the store for things I forgot to bring or buy while I was out. I was able to walk into downtown, which has lovely shops and great restaurants, especially Junto. The mountain bike trails are right there. We hopped on our bikes and were on a trail in 1 minute. We truly loved our stay and when we return we won’t need to look any further.

Not one disappointment! This home is absolutely lovely. The decor is beautiful! The furniture is comfortable. Kitchen is so well stocked and remarkably clean. Everything I forgot to bring, they had here. They are very generous with their supplies and it makes you feel very welcome. The home is so very conveniently located , I walked into downtown and the mountain bike paths are around the corner. It was only my husband and I and it was worth every dollar. We had many rainy days, which we used as our recovery days from hrs of riding, so having this wonderful home to relax and do some cooking in was perfect. We travel with our own coffee machine( yes we are one of those) but they so generously had not only a Keurig but also a French press!! So thoughtful!! But also around the corner is Airship Coffee house! So next time we come we know where to stay.

This house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The house was stocked with all of the essentials and the amenities were perfect after riding bikes all day. This house was perfect for our family.

Clean, convenient and close to lots of great places! Although close to everything it was still quiet not busy location! It is stocked with almost everything you need! We will revisit again!

Todd was an excellent host. The description of the townhouse was exactly what we saw when we got there. The check-in was easy. We were able to walk to great restaurants and shopping. The house was clean and had snacks and water. Which was greatly appreciated. We loved the place so much we’ve booked another townhouse in the same complex and are so excited to be there, again.

We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning next year! My favorite parts were the views and privacy while being just minutes away from in town activities and various trails (#locaton). My husband’s favorite part was the sauna… we will certainly be adding one to our home when we buy. He’s already picked it out! Truly, thank you for a clean, welcoming place to stay and rest and unplug for a couple of days.

This was my first trip to Bentonville and I wasn’t quite sure where to stay in town. This was the place! I didn’t rent a car and relied on walking and biking. Everywhere I wanted to be was five minutes or less - town square, Meteor, The Momentary - everything was super close. On top of that, Todd and his Dwell and Play team were excellent. They were proactive, helpful, and flexible in every way. I will be back to visit soon and Todd will be my first call.
