This was my first trip to Bentonville and I wasn’t quite sure where to stay in town. This was the place! I didn’t rent a car and relied on walking and biking. Everywhere I wanted to be was five minutes or less - town square, Meteor, The Momentary - everything was super close. On top of that, Todd and his Dwell and Play team were excellent. They were proactive, helpful, and flexible in every way. I will be back to visit soon and Todd will be my first call.

We had a great time staying here! We were in town for Big Sugar Gravel so the location was perfect for us - just a short walk to downtown and a stones throw to the momentary. Todd was very helpful with check in. Would definitely come back!

We stayed at Todd’s townhouse for Big Sugar race week. It was perfect. Located a short walk from both the expo and the downtown start and finish, it was just right for this trip. The house was beautiful, clean and had perfect amenities. Todd was also super helpful. When we thought the coffee maker wasn’t working (turned out to be user error!) he immediately had a replacement delivered to the door. Can’t say enough great things about this stay. Highly recommend!!

We stayed here for the Big Sugar weekend, and this place could not have been more perfect. The location right on the MTB trails was unbeatable — just roll out and ride! The house was ideal for a large group of guys, with plenty of space to spread out and relax after long rides. The common areas were perfect for hanging out, the rooms were spacious and spotless, and the amenities were truly top notch. Every detail was thought through, and it made for the smoothest and most enjoyable stay we’ve ever had. Hands down the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend for any cycling group coming to Bentonville!

We had a fantastic stay for a mountain biking and family get together. The location is perfect for access to trails, downtown Bentonville, and the Crystal Bridges museum. Highly recommend this property and I plan to book again when we return to the area. Thanks so much for a great stay!

This 3 story townhome is great. It felt like it was brand new. It even smelled good. The location is excellent - Very walkable to nearby restaurants/stores. Downtown Bentonville was about a 15 minute walk. If you are a biker, there is even a pump track across the street behind the school. We would definitely stay here again.

This was my second time staying at Todd and Allyson’s place, and once again, it was a fantastic experience. They are just wonderful people—so kind, thoughtful, and incredibly responsive. The space itself is perfect for long work trips: comfortable, clean, and truly feels like a home away from home. I always feel well taken care of here, and I’m already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

We have visited Bentonville a number of times and this was, by far, our favorite place to stay. Walkable to Airship for coffee. Great kitchen, three king beds (very comfy), and a garage perfect for parking + storing our four bikes, bike rack, and roof box.

That TH was clean and stylish. The location was walkable to the new Walmart HQ and a quick bike ride or drive to the charming downtown Bentonville scene. A few concerts occurred at The Momentary during the weekend; however, we didn’t mind the noise bc the artists were great!
