I had an amazing stay at this condo in Bentonville! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. It felt like a home away from home from the moment I walked in. The bed was super cozy, the kitchen was well-stocked, and everything was thoughtfully organized. The location couldn’t have been better—just minutes from downtown, great restaurants, and all that Bentonville has to offer. It was especially convenient for exploring the trails and local attractions while still being quiet and relaxing at night. Check-in was seamless, and the host was responsive, friendly, and clearly takes pride in providing a top-notch experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Bentonville. Five stars all the way!

We love staying at Dwell and Play when we are in Bentonville, which on average is about once a month. I do have a couple of suggestions to make things a little better. In the townhouse we stayed in the second bathroom had a screw that fell out of the door handle which made it difficult to get in and out of that bathroom. Also adding and extra hand towel bar over by the second sink by the toilet would keep guests from dripping across the vanity or floor to wipe their hands. Otherwise, as always we love staying here and enjoying the convenience of everything.

We had a great stay. Beautiful condo, clean with new appliances. Awesome location. Loved the hot tub. Nice to have a later check out at 11 as well. Will definitely come back.

We stayed here for a long weekend while celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday. Absolutely loved the home and its amenities. The weather wasn’t conducive to mountain biking, but we enjoyed the hot tub and sauna enough to get a tan! We enjoyed watching the deer, birds, and squirrels in the woods behind the house. Will definitely be back when the weather warms up so we can enjoy the trails right out the back door.

Todd was an excellent host. He was very responsive and gave great recommendations. The house was clean, spacious, and we felt right at home. We are already looking forward to rebooking. Highly recommend this spot. Also a great location to everything.

Loved our stay. The property is even better than the pictures. Less than a mile walk to downtown Bentonville or Crystal Bridges. Backs up to the trails. The house was incredible. The kitchen was perfect to cook and have dinner with family in. Really enjoyed relaxing after a day of hiking in the hot tub and sauna. Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home, beautiful views, hot tub and sauna were a bonus! Close to everything and even get a view of the Crystal Bridges museum. Clean and well stocked, we will definitely be re-booking, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you Todd for all your suggestions and recommendations for a wonderful stay!

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Bentonville. Easy access to the trail, minutes away from the square and spacious house for our weekend visit. Loved the kids bunk bed room with toys! Nice bonus.
