We had an absolutely fantastic stay and couldn’t be more pleased with this Airbnb. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much care and attention the host puts into the property. The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described—if not better. The home was comfortable, well-stocked, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect: quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently close to everything we wanted to do. Communication with the host was seamless—they were responsive, friendly, and genuinely invested in making sure our stay was great. This is one of those places you instantly feel at home in. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and stress-free Airbnb experience. You won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful home, beautiful views, hot tub and sauna were a bonus! Close to everything and even get a view of the Crystal Bridges museum. Clean and well stocked, we will definitely be re-booking, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you Todd for all your suggestions and recommendations for a wonderful stay!

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Bentonville. Easy access to the trail, minutes away from the square and spacious house for our weekend visit. Loved the kids bunk bed room with toys! Nice bonus.

Gorgeous! From the moment we walked into the house we were absolutely thrilled. The house was just amazing, centrally located, decorated beautifully and fully set up with all the amenities we needed plus more. We will be booking another stay here in the future. Love Bentonville!!

This ia a really nice house. Loved having trail access just outside, and close proximity to greenway and museum. Todd was always fast in responding and letting us know in advance if they were coming around for maintained, etc. The guide provided in advance was quite helpful in planning our stay. Thanks Todd!!!

Todd’s place was exactly as described, clean and very comfortable. We experienced a plumbing issue on the first night, which was not a big inconvenience, but Todd/Alyson offered to move us to the property immediately next door, so as to ensure we experienced minimum disruption during our stay. Location was perfect (walking distance to town). Place was lovely and warm, with a well equipped kitchen, good quality bedding and towels. Beds were very comfortable. Would not hesitate to rebook/recommend.

We love staying at a Dwell and Play rental, especially the one we rent in Bentonville. The rental is always clean and inviting. They offer water, snacks and even a map of the area. It is easy to enter the rental with keyless entry. The mattresses are so comfortable, we get a good nights sleep each night. They have a nice clean kitchen with lots of amenities. We have stayed with Dwell and Play 3 times now and will continue to do so.

I booked Todd’s place for a corporate event. The place was stunning, beautiful interior and very close to local attractions. Todd was very very helpful and easy to communicate with. We will be back!

Too many positive things to say. Last minute booking. Late night phone call to ensure we got into the airbnb without delay. Ultra clean. Large refrigerator and kitchen range. Kitchen utensils and appliances organized and easy to find. Super comfortable bedrooms. New laundry appliances ready for use. Could go on but will stop here. Had question about how to use garbage disposal. My text was answered in only minutes. Close to downtown. Court square decorated with eye-popping Christmas lights. This airbnb ranks in our top three. Book it!
