Do not park in the alley on the right side of the property. The alley must remain clear so neighbors can access the trail, park, and Bike House 3, located at the end of the alley. We had a fantastic stay for a mountain biking and family get together. The location is perfect for access to trails, downtown Bentonville, and the Crystal Bridges museum. Highly recommend this property and I plan to book again when we return to the area. Thanks so much for a great stay!

We would stay here again!! we really appreciated the courtesy basket as we arrived. The proximity to the bike/hiking trails was a big plus for us. While the neighborhood wasn't walkable, the restaurants and downtown were a short 5-8 minute drive. Although, we could have walked to the downtown area, we chose to drive. We did walk over to Crystal Bridges Museum and walked the grounds there - it's an exceptional experience. We extended our stay by a day because we wanted to hike in the area more. It. Was super nice to have a garage for the cars. -- I have to say the listing description is absolutely accurate. However, we interpreted the text to mean the 4th bedroom would have access to a bathroom in a hallway (the text says the bathroom is "nearby"). The 4th bedroom has access to a bathroom through another bedroom. No big deal if the bedroom occupants don't mind you walking through their room. Oh, the 4th bedroom occupants could go to the downstairs bathroom. We made it work. :-)

We had a wonderful stay at Todd’s place! We loved the access to the trails, short car rides to all the museums and trails! The kids loved having their own rooms, the toys and board games. We would stay here again!

Immaculate house with beautiful features and lots of space. The attention to little details and overall design had me floored. The hot tub and sauna were great to use after a hard days work. Parking in the driveway was a bit awkward with some construction going on next door. We did have access to the spacious garage but a bit cumbersome without a remote or code outside.

Had a great stay! The house was gorgeous and comfortable. Lots of amenities, enjoyed the hot tub & sauna, gas stove, beautiful home! Right next to the trail system and super close to downtown. Todd was great with communication and check in and out was a breeze. He also provided lots of great local recommendations for food and things to do of which we tried most on his list and were not disappointed! Great food scene in downtown Bentonville. Loved our stay and would highly recommend!
