Excellent spot for anyone. Right at trail head for multiple MTB loops, with a hot tub to soak in after a run or ride. Plenty of space, comfortable and well equipped.

This house made me fall in love with Bentonville. I also stayed at two other Dwell & Play properties during my 2 week long trip. All amazing with all the perfect amenities.

We had a wonderful stay at Bike House #1! The ability to jump right onto the trails was fantastic and we enjoyed having the patio for morning coffee and relaxing at night. Todd was very responsive and helpful, and we would gladly stay again!
