Dispose of flushable wipes, paper towels, and feminine products in the trash bins provided. 10) Please discard cooking oil in the trash and avoid pouring it down the sink drain. 11) Do not feed the deer or other local wildlife with food scraps.

You can park 2 vehicles in the garage, and an additional 2 vehicles can be parked parallel in the concrete driveway apron. This ensures that you have enough space for your vehicles while maintaining convenience. Please note that parking on the public asphalt alleyway is not permitted. We stayed here for a long weekend while celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday. Absolutely loved the home and its amenities. The weather wasn’t conducive to mountain biking, but we enjoyed the hot tub and sauna enough to get a tan! We enjoyed watching the deer, birds, and squirrels in the woods behind the house. Will definitely be back when the weather warms up so we can enjoy the trails right out the back door.

This ia a really nice house. Loved having trail access just outside, and close proximity to greenway and museum. We came to Bentonville for the mountain biking so this house was the perfect location! It was located right off the Tech Hub of the Slaughter Pen trail system. Close enough to ride to the Castle Hub and skills area. We had a great weekend and would stay here again when we make it back to Bentonville.

We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning next year! My favorite parts were the views and privacy while being just minutes away from in town activities and various trails (#locaton). My husband’s favorite part was the sauna… we will certainly be adding one to our home when we buy. He’s already picked it out! Truly, thank you for a clean, welcoming place to stay and rest and unplug for a couple of days.
