Bike House 2 is a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home designed for riders, families, and extended stays. The main floor includes a spacious living area, dining space, and a fully stocked kitchen featuring a 36" gas chef’s stove, 48" refrigerator, large island, and all the essentials for cooking and entertaining. A 16-foot wide glass door opens fully to the rear deck—blending indoor living with trail views. Upstairs, the primary suite features a king bed, ensuite bath, wooded views, and an 85" Smart TV. Two additional bedrooms also feature king beds—each with their own full bathroom and 65" Smart TV. The fourth bedroom includes twin bunk beds along with toys, books, and children’s items. The home also includes a full-size washer and dryer, located near the bedrooms for easy access during longer stays. The rear deck includes two chairs, a couch, and a dining table overlooking the trail—perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals while watching cyclists and local deer. The 2-car garage includes an EV charger and bike repair stand, with a hose-down station located outside. With direct trail access and a quiet location just minutes from Downtown Bentonville and Crystal Bridges, Bike House 2 is built for comfort, adventure, and convenience.

Other Details to Note

With Bike House 3 opening this summer, parking in the alley is no longer permitted, as it blocks access to the trail and neighboring property. Guests may park in the garage, on the concrete driveway apron, or on the public street. Please do not park directly in front of the house, as that space is reserved for neighbors.

Had a great stay! The house was gorgeous and comfortable. Lots of amenities, enjoyed the hot tub & sauna, gas stove, beautiful home! Right next to the trail system and super close to downtown. Todd was great with communication and check in and out was a breeze. He also provided lots of great local recommendations for food and things to do of which we tried most on his list and were not disappointed! Great food scene in downtown Bentonville. Loved our stay and would highly recommend!

Todd’s Bike House was absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. We loved it! We were a bit surprised at all of the construction going on in the area around the house but fortunately we were out most of the time. The beds slept very comfortably and linens were very nice. The back patio was so inviting and peaceful in the evenings. We would be happy to stay again if and when we return to the area. Thank you for a great trip.

Fantastic rental along the Slaughter Pen trails in Bentonville. Loved the ease of hoping on the trails in the backyard. The house was spacious and serene for our family of five. I would rent this house again on our return to this area.

Our family had an excellent stay at Todd’s place. The location was perfect. We were right next to the trail hub which made it very easy to do quick laps on the mountain bike trails throughout the day. The close proximity to the crystal bridges museum was much appreciated as well. Lastly, Todd the children’s room was a very nice touch for our toddler who loved the toys and books available in the room.

Great experience. Enjoyed the location right next to trails and the home is new and very nice. We stayed in January and so was colder but looked forward to the hot tub, sauna and fire pit each day….helped set it apart. We will do it again.

We enjoyed a three night stay at Bike House 2 with our sons and their spouses. The owners were very responsive and helpful. The location is amazing. About a mile from the square. Half mile or so to an excellent coffee shop. But the best part about location, the house is right on the mountain bike trails. Launch area just behind the house with five different downhill paths. Easy ride back to the top on paved roads. If road biking, paved trail access about a half mile from the house. Besides convenient location for cycling, the house itself is amazing. Very comfortable for our party of eight adults. New home and well designed. Huge garage, spacious enough for two Outbacks and plenty of bikes at the same time. My family really enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. We also appreciated the impressive kitchen. Ultimately cannot say enough positive about this house. If you're traveling to Bentonville to cycle, or any other reason, this is the place to be!

We made priceless memories at the Bike House 2 and would go back in a heartbeat! The amount of thought and care put into the design of the home, much less all the amenities were impressive and appreciated. A guest snack to greet us, games, sauna, hottub, firepit, bike trails, king size bed suites, TV’s in the rooms, kcup variety, a fully stocked kitchen, cozy blankets, comfy beds, soaps and shampoos that smelled good, corn hole, a sunny deck and so much more. I loved watching the sun come up every morning from the Master Suite..and that shower…it’s giant and a must see. The house is even better than the photographs…high ceilings and beautiful decor. Our family thought the bird feeder was a great idea…two red cardinals visited everyday. We also saw deer right outside at the firepit. There was a hiccup with bedding but it was acknowledged and fixed right away…incredible service by Todd and Alyson. Bentonville was adorable lit up for the holidays..we fell hard for that little town! ⭐️⭐️
