We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this house for a mountain biking vacation. The location, house, and amenities could not have been any better. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great place to stay and very close to town. Our family of 5 perfectly fit and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house was in fantastic shape and they provided plenty of towels, toiletries and were very responsive to inquiries. Highly recommend staying here.

This place was as advertised—walk out the back door to the bike trails, great hot tub and sauna, very well-equipped kitchen, and comfy beds. The bike tools and pumps in the garage were a thoughtful addition. The bird feeders we could see from the living room were fun to watch, and the addition of an Arkansas bird book and binoculars added to the experience.

We loved everything about this stay! The house & location are perfect. The nature trail out back allows you to feel like you’re out in the country even though you’re still in town. It’s 5-10 mins from just about anything you might want to do in Bentonville. We were lucky enough to arrive with snow on the ground & leave after it all melted. It was a beautiful transition to see & the deer & birds were abundant! We would absolutely return & stay again!

Best location you can possibly have to access to MTB trails. Amazing house with everything you could ever need included. Deer come right outside while you enjoy the hot tub and sauna. It makes you want to live in Bentonville right now!

We loved this space and wish we could have stayed longer. The interior was open and inviting with every amenity we could have wanted. Location and outdoor amenities were even better. While relaxing in the hot tub we enjoyed seeing families of deer just yards away. This space seems perfect for any season and we can't wait to visit again.

Todd's place was spectacular! All the amenities were wonderful! The house is easily walkable to the Bentonville square, and if biking is your thing then the location is truly unbeatable! I would recommend Todd's place to anyone looking to stay in Bentonville!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bike House! It was even better in person! We really appreciated the higher end finishes. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the essentials including a large selection of spices and pantry staples and knives that were beautifully sharpened! Everything was very clean and organized and the property was beautifully landscaped and maintained. There is a trailhead right in the back yard with trails ranging from beginner to advanced. We had our 4 year old with us for the first time so we took the trails down to the razorback greenway and rode down it and the All American. He really enjoyed the Slaughterpen Skills park just a short ride away. Todd and Allyson were great hosts! They answered any questions we had with almost immediate responses. They really went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Our best Airbnb experience yet! We hope to be back for years to come!

There is a reason why this house is a guest favorite and has five star reviews. This place exemplifies what all rentals should strive to be. Pristine and spotless upon arrival. It is located in a wonderful spot facing the woods (with some late fall foliage) where you can watch the bikers on the bike path and birds and other wildlife from the back of the house. So serene and restorative. I also appreciated the fall plants in the back planting area. After a ten hour drive, we appreciated the free salty snacks and drinks made available to us and a working hot tub in which we could simply get in and relax. The kitchen was well stocked and made cooking breakfast easy. I found the spices in the pantry and all the cook ware and dishes I needed in a well organized space. We also appreciated being able to keep our vehicle in the garage. Please note this house is called the bike house and would be great for bikers. But, we are not cyclists and had a wonderful time.
